Child Abuse

Child Abuse is real and very much alive everywhere in the world. No child should EVER and should NEVER have a hand held on them. Every child is a blessing and no one has the right to hurt them. If you see it happen or know of anyone being abusive to their or a child... PLEASE save that child from being in the hands of a fucking abuser. Do something about it! Please where ever you are in the world reading this. Everyday children die because of child abuse- why? What did they ever do to deserve to die? Why let this happen? YOU can be a lifesaver and save a child. Children are helpless without you, especially because they are in a abusive situation. Children trust their parents and loved ones...but who do they get protection from if their loved ones are the ones abusing them. A Child should never be abused!

And please if you don't want your child give them up to a  adoption agency. No one will judge you. That child never did anything to you. It's not their fault and do them a favor and just give them to a agency no matter how little they are. I read articles about people stoping their kids places where they die- please don't do this give that child a chance.

Steamed Masala Chicken

Steamed Masala Chicken

Need:
-6 pieces of lean chicken (drumstick and/or thigh)
-juice of 1lemon
-Lemon Pepper 2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning
-2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil
-2 teaspoons organic red food color
-2 chopped green onions
-1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic

IN Bowl- lemon juice, lemon pepper, garlic, food color, and green onions and whisk well until combined throughly. Add chicken and coat well. Put all this into a ziplock bag and refrigerate for 3 hours.

ON medium heat, heat a non-stick pan and add coconut oil( just to make sure it does not stick) swirl it around. Add in your seasoned chicken- watch it and occasionally mix around. No need to add water because the chicken will release water as it cooks- place the lid on the pan to help with the steaming. Cook for about 45 mins. If you see that the liquid is dry, add a little water. Just make sure that the chicken is cooked throughly. ENJOY!!!

Mint Yogurt Sauce

Mint Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

2- bunches of washed cilantro- leave majority of the stems
4- bunches of washed peppermint leaves.
2- jalapenos ( if you are not a fan of spicy use one)
Juice of 4-5 Limes
Sea Salt to taste

In a Blender ADD: Cilantro, Mint leaves, jalapenos, lime juice, and salt and blend. It will take time because the ingredients are all dry- you can help with blending by adding a bit of water ( just 4-6 tablespoons) to get it to go. I usually have to turn off the blender, TAKE it OFF the base and push down on the leaves. COVER it up and put it back on the blender and pulse it to get it to go.

Once you see its all blended and give it a taste, add salt, another jalapeno, lime juice if needed for your taste.

Once its finished- I pour the sauce into a ice cube tray and freeze it. Take as I need. You can also mix this sauce ( like 3 cubes) and add it into a 2 cups of greek yogurt. Its delicious with Rice, Chicken, Samosas, anything you want it with.

Here is mine, mixed with yogurt. I also add chopped cucumber, tomaotes and fine chopped onion into it- TRY IT its addicting.
